By the year 2004, due to continual market expansion of the company and ever growing demands of our valued customers, GAURAV INDUSTRIES increased its working capabilities and invested in State-Of-Art fantastic modern manufacturing techniques, Quality Assurance System, Measuring & Testing Equipped R & D facility to achieve new heights of customer satisfaction. Buy Raw Materials
Depending on the customer requirement, possibly the best raw materials and scrap is sourced from one of our trusted suppliers.
Melting The Billets/Ingots In The Foundry
Melting of the billets/ingots is performed in a furnace. In this area of the process to make these alterations, our manufacturing teams are well trained.
Turning/ Machining
The final stage of the process involves CNC, VMC, Grinding, Sanding, Turning or Machining the component in order to achieve the desired dimensional accuracies, physical shape and surface finish, required by the customer.
Quality Check
Finally the finished products are tested for hardness, strength, dimensions, and other factors to ensure that they meet the required specifications.
Packing/ Dispatch
The components are packed in such a way that no component can be damaged in transit. All orders are completed and dispatched to the customer to be delivered in the time of frame required.
